2009 President's Cup Referee Information

The 2009 President's Cup tournament will be held May 30-31, 2009 at the Simplot Sports Complex in Boise. If you would like to referee in this tournament, please use the form on the next page so we may assign you games based on your experience and availability.

Referee Payment!

In the past, tournaments in the Boise area have traditionally paid referees cash on the field. Due to IRS and security concerns, this is no longer possible. All payments for referee services in this tournament will be made through the RefPay service. You must register for a RefPay account at www.RefPay.com . Detailed instructions for creating a RefPay account can be found in the following document: http://www.thearbiter.net/Groups/Files/refpayforofficials.pdf (this file is 5MB, so be patient). Please create your RefPay account before you proceed with the Referee Information Form on the next page.

Once you have completed the Referee Information Form on the next page, if you are not currently an active referee in the Southwest Idaho Soccer Referee Association (SWISRA), we will enter you into the Arbiter online assignment system for the SWISRA group. You will receive an email from assign@swisra.org with login details. (If we will be adding you to Arbiter and you don't receive an email with your login instructions within 72 hours, please check your junk/spam folder before sending an email to the assignor at assign@swisra.org.

You must login to Arbiter (www.thearbiter.net) and link your RefPay and Arbiter accounts following the detailed instructions in the above mentioned document. There is also a video tutorial available on Arbiter explaining how to link your accounts. Failure to link your RefPay and Arbiter accounts means you won't be paid for this tournament!

The following Word document is a help document for using RefPay.com once your tournament fees have been funded. http://www.thearbiter.net/Groups/Files/refpayofficialguide.doc . Referee fees should be available within a couple of days following the tournament.
